For any latte, the primary and chief recipe is that of an excellent quality espresso.

The next ingredient is milk which is your key ingredient for the art. Take cold milk and heat it to 150 degrees. While heating the milk make sure it is being skimmed at the same time for about 30 seconds or so. It should not be too frothy. Small bubbles formed at the sides indicate a suitable texture. Nevertheless, if you have large bubbles just tap them on your table.
Now we are ready with our espresso and milk. So let’s start creating our pattern
For this tilt, your cup so that ¾ of the espresso is leaning forward. Now slowly add the milk at a particular point into the espresso. It would be great if the milk falls through a narrow groove so that it can result in precise and clear patterns. Take your time and do this process, if you are a beginner. Do not rush.
To make a heart shape
For this keep on pouring the milk through a narrow groove,
until you get a white circle in the middle. The groove can have a diameter of 1 cm.
Once a white circle is formed in the middle you can slowly start tilting your cup to a straight position also at the same time start making the curves. You need to do this continuously without breaking the lines. Now finish it off by pouring the milk in a straight manner through the center of the pattern without breaking the lines.
Here we are ready to mesmerize people with coffee art.
It might be time-consuming in the first place but as legends say practice makes a man perfect.
