Light Coffee Roast.

It’s the easiest to-do type of roast for any coffee bean. Saute the beans in the pan for about 2-3 minutes and you are done with the aromatic, oil free beans ready for the restaurants or your very own dining tables. They retain the original coffee characteristics and are rich in caffeine which makes them the most suitable for cuppings. Do not get perplexed with terms like Half City, Light City, New England, or Cinnamon roasts as they all mean the same

Dark Coffee Roast.

As you hear it you see it. They can vary from dark brown to black in colour with a glaze of thin oil film on top of them. Rich in aroma and low caffeine makes them the perfect choice for espresso and can stand a lot of sugar and milk. Although the real flavour of the coffee bean is lost during the roasting process it is enjoyed by many across the globe. What’s interesting is their nationality. You call the french , spanish or italian ,roots remain unchanged.

Cardamom has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic, resinous fragrance. Black cardamom has a distinctly more smoky, though not bitter, aroma, with a coolness some consider similar to mint.
